Public Speaking


In a colonial costume, Savannah Liston delivered a speech based on the letters of Abigail Adams to the audience at the 4th of July Rockford Tea Party.

This began her foray into public speaking, and since then, Savannah Liston has spoken at the Campaign for Liberty Freedom Rally in Pecatonica, IL, a Northern IL Tea Party meeting, the Stephenson County Tea Party meeting, and even addressed the Vidalia, GA Tea Party in March. She was also a speaker at the Northern IL Tea Party Townhall, the Northern IL Tea Party on April 15th, 2010, held an economic seminar in April, gave a presentation at a financial meeting, spoke at the Seminar for Government Fiscal Responsibility (or lack thereof) in Chicago, and also was a guest speaker at the meeting of the Daughters of the American Revolution in Beloit, Wisconsin. She attended Mises University 2010 at the Mises Institute in Auburn, Alabama where she was awarded the 2010 John David Fernandez Award for enthusiasm and devotion in promoting the cause of liberty and free markets.
